Go in and make sure the place is okay, send a registered letter stating that the lease is terminated (use the mailing address for the house) and get it re-rented.

I would send her a written notice of lease violation via Certified Mail and follow up with an in-person inspection in a couple of days to make sure that they have been reinstalled and are in working order.

I do not have any Ads or marketing of any kind that would draw attention to my site, it would be used for a seller/investor to look at after speaking with me, or after a potential seller receives a letter in the mail about a possible purchase.Any and all thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated, I've read several forums that have conflicting POVs on this so I'm looking for some more clarity.

If they are in our system we have the template at our bank.. we make a request via e mail.. bank calls ME I have to give my secret code.. they run over the basics of the wire and send it out.If its a first time wire.. my office will call the title company or lawyer were we are sending funds.. and verify in writing..
