NJ Certificate of Registration

Hi Everyone,

I have a building in Union City, NJ and need to get the Certificate of Registration for the building.  Does anyone know if I go to Union City, or Trenton to do this in person?  I need to get it done ASAP, so I don't want to mail it in.  Any help is appreciated!
