Hello my name is Michael Nash, my background is in transportation, I have no experience in real estate investing however, I bought a home in 1995 (lost it in divorce).

I know I'm replying to a dated post but figured I'd share my Boston suburbs (metro west) experience.

(Greater Boston, South Shore).

You would be right next door to Sea-Tac so you have easy access to a major transportation hub.

My job is more with cranes erecting large buildings in Boston placing the columns and beams, welding and such.

The RNs tend to search for private units at least around the Boston area.

My biggest beef is their paranoia that someone will make a deal outside of their sphere and the automated message filtering that goes along with it that prevents you from providing information such as tourism and transportation (even bus routes) contact information, etc. which limits your ability to provide service to potential guests.  

I am totally new here, so I hope you'll excuse my newbie-ness.I am located in Southern NH (about an hour north of Boston).
