As a wholesale  what question do I ask a seller about they property... is there a form of questions I can use.....

I am a wholesaler in the Inland Empire and came across a property that’s in Pre-Foreclosure.

how does eliminating the commission help the seller.. the wholesaler needs to deduct resale commissions for his buyer plus his fee so this is why sellers get LESS money by far on the wholesale route.. plus wholesalers are going to march buyers through the house just like a realtor would and wholesalers don't close quicker than 30 days either.. the only thing would be maybe they have cash buyers.. that's it.unless its a hoarder house or wont pass a lending inspections.. no way wholesale is a benefit to a seller that knows market.I always chuckle how the wholesalers hammer on no commissions I guess these sellers are really uneducated to plain dumb..

Go to local REIA meetings to network with agents and wholesalers.

Local or out of the area.You can find deals to flip on MLS, auction sites, realtors, wholesalers and by marketing direct to sellers.Contractors can be found through MLS.( look for flips for sale) other investors, realtors you can ask for recommendations on Facebook, REI meetups etc.

Can anyone recommend a good local contractor who is willing to walk through wholesale properties with short notice?
