Or the phone call that the floor is somehow wet and you go over to realize the entire subfloor is rotted and the toilet is just laying on it rocking around , once again don’t ask me how I know !

There were no wet or damp spots in any of the rooms so we are hoping to be mold free after the inspection lol most of the 2nd floor will need ceilings and walls replaced.
