Very general estimate on remodel

I am looking to get a general idea of remodel costs on a house I found on Zillow. I know the owner and may be able to get it for 5,000 cash. It is going to need drywall on almost all walls and ceilings. I would like to put tile in the kitchen and bathrooms and upgrade to some newer fixtures throughout the house. I have multiple friends that will be helping me do as much as possible to keep from paying contractors. The house has 2 newer furnaces, newer water heater, and newer central AC units. All of the pipes from the boiler are detached already and will be taken out because all of the duct work is ran in the house and setup already. I will be having someone look at the wood floors to see if they are worth refinishing to cut costs or not. What do you think of this 4 bds • 2 ba • 3,266 sqft home I found on Zillow? https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1114-Lincoln-Ave-New-Castle-IN-47362/85350668_zpid/
