Often they are tired of the rental business and would consider selling the property - even subject to their own mortgage.

But, me personally, I am a little tired of some of these uneducated real estate services using the excuse, "we have to be much more diligent these days about everything" or "its not like it used to be during boom", to justify them not knowing the actual rules of their own service........I still remember a closing I had about 3 years ago where the underwriter wouldn't approve the loan until I showed that I deposit the tenant's security deposit in my bank.

Pretty high percentage, however it does include all types of calls: angry callers, curious callers, tire-kickers, quality calls, etc.

I am new, and perhaps I worded the question wrong - tired eyes let me tell ya.

We're going to concrete where possible.Just tired of tenants brining in unauthorized pets, etc.Many renters are instantly sold on it for its clean appearance. 

Just recently I was doing research on different methods to use that could help weed out any tire kickers.

The new owners are a couple of young men who have trashed the back yard with old tires and grocery carts full of empty beer cans.   

It seems people are either tired of losing money on their homes or nobody is motivated to sell.
