Hello BP, I need advise as to how to go about this. I have a duplex close in an ok neighborhood. Unfortunately, the house next door went into foreclosure and is now filled with people who sit outside all day, drinking and playing loud music. I have had several showings but the tenants always mention the neighbors being the reason why they wont rent. The leave trash all over their property and its and eye sore. I need help!! I am losing money as I have had 2 months of vacancy. What can I do???
