I am not capable of shutting out the others in the situation- I completely realize this is not good for business, but I am more concerned with my morals honestly.Any advice??

I realize that there are zoning laws, development issues that can come up with the land itself, difficult decisions regarding where the land should be purchased etc...I would be grateful to hear from anyone out there that would be willing to provide detailed “real life” experience on developing land....

Purchase price: $65,000 Cash invested: $40,000 I bought this property with the intention of flipping. now that im close to finishing the property I've come to realize I can make a significant amount of cashflow by renting. this strategy will also help me continue in real estate investing.

At the rate that we are going, we realize that with one house a year we will reach our target in another 4-6 years depending on levels of cash flow from each property.
