As I see it I have a few options: Remove the shed from my coverage, shop for other homeowners insurance hoping they won't make the same demands, or comply and spend thousands of dollars in repairs as requested.Anything helps!

There is always going to be a demand for what we do.  

Barring some truly cataclysmic event that makes coronavirus feel like a fender bender - like Miami getting nuked or dollars becoming as worthless as Reichsmarks in Weimar Germany - there will be demand to live and play in South Florida. 

The stock is more likely to move in the direction recommended by the analyst because of the increase in demand, creating more gains for everyone.

Also, with the unemployment rate skyrocketing, there is unfortunately likely to be an increased demand in financially stressed homeowners to sell their homes quickly.
