2003  Mobile Home. 14x60ft. One bedroom, One bathroom. Well maintained. Carpet less than 2 yrs old. Hot water heater less than one year old. Includes Refrig, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Covered patio. Central air/heat (gas). Previous owner, non-smoker with no pets.

Mobile Home is located in Pine View Terrace, Browns Mills, NJ 08015

Lot rent is $525 and it is a 55 yr old up park.

I am considering purchasing to resell. Any recommendations as to the worth or this mobile home?

@Nicholas Bucchio It would depend on your area. Supply and demand will determine the worth of the mobile home. You may want to talk to the park manager and/or owner and local mobile home dealerships. They may be able to give you more insight into the market and the values of mobile homes in the area. Best of luck with the deal!
