Here is the scenario.My partner and I listed our flip property on sale.

I initially started by focusing on MF (bc it seems easier & scales more quickly) but I quickly realized a lot of the best metro areas with strong economies mostly only have great deals on SFR, not really on MF.Many of the great MF deals in America are in subpar metro areas (economically speaking).

Successes and failures, my wife Michelle and I are looking to not only build a strong Christ based foundation for our business but also our lives.

Hi @Matt Lockwood,The simple answer is "yes", you can have one legal entity join another as a member/limited partner for the purposes of contributing capital. 

I would recommend my business partner John Angst, who is dependable, works his butt off and is crazy about that river!
