Hello BP - Im a realtor in the Tampa Bay area, and getting into real estate investments. Im obviously new on different options on how to acquire properties, so Im partnering with my friend who is a sales guy by nature, and a really good one. He worked as a mortgage broker for years, so he understand that aspect.

What we trying to accomplish is for him to be able to become an acquisition manager, learn the different methods; cash purchase, owner financing, subject 2, lease options, JVs/retail price, etc.

How do you guys suggest I go to accomplish this? Mentors? Joint Ventures with other investors...

Thank you!
