There are tons on posts on the forums where other members are trying to rent to traveling medical staff. 

For instance in my country, a first mortgage execution means everything behind that is gone after auction, except for some minor taxes on property.

If you go in person, better chance of finding someone to give you a better answer...sometimes your questions gets heard by several staff members hanging around...not just the person in front of you ...so if they don't know...someone else will know and chime in....or that person will turn around and ask all the office ladies...if you know what I mean.Some chance you may also want to talk to the people at deal machine...not sure they offer these services, but may or may know someone who does in your area.Best wishes and good luck.

Even if someone came to me with what looked like a smoking hot deal, but if they had no experience I still wouldn't invest in their project because I don't trust that they will be able to properly execute a deal of this size. 

Warren Buffet states that any company that has a staff economist has 1 employee too many.

The staff was friendly, but could not point to why I owed $2000 in additional taxes given they were getting the same numbers as me.

There is no substitute for hard work, strong strategy, and consistent execution.

@Ori Skloot didn't just go doing his thing, and figure out if he could get the financing executed the way he wanted after the fact (the answer would have been "no" if he had, which might be why that is the answer you are finding?).
