If dump fees and travel time are outrageous this price could go up in a hurry.

Portlandia is were the young come to retire.when I travel around the country you simply don't see this in other cities.. maybe these same people are squatting in vacant homes or more probably the authorities are not allowing it..

TPs sister-in-law has special needs and wants to stay in the home (my big concerns).

I really hate to be threatened. having 40 tenats with my phone number and texting me is a pain worse than death  LOL.. your sitting there staring at your phone all day long and texting is hard to do for me.. but I see other wize around their little phones.. its amazing as I travel the country I do a lot of airport time.. and in the private lounges or out in the concourse I would say 75% of the folks are staring at their phone doing something..
