I know bad tenants aren't limited to just low income properties but you may encounter more.

If I'm posting things that aren't allowed on BiggerPockets, it's because I'm not aware of what exactly you're trying to excise.

@James DeRoestIf you can't absorb the time or the $40 to process  an application then you ain't got much of a business and a charity would be letting the house rent-free.On that note why don't we charge job applicants the cost of setting up and running their interview - after all it's the cost of running a job and most employers aren't charities either.Aside from that the last thing I need is some disgruntled applicant lobbing a brick through a  window in my property because they've had their money kept and been jerked off by some anodyne rejection letter.

I'm looking for groups to network with that aren't predominately geared towards complete newbies or that are basically centered around a sales pitch.

They are still protected, but all terms aren't broadcast to the world.  

Also, if you do find a good one and aren't using him please send him my way, I always need more.

I mean it was because of the “unsafe condition” of the rental dwelling and not the massive quantities of alcohol they imbibed that was the cause, right? 

That type of work (i believe) still beats a 9-5 job where half your income goes towards living expenses that aren't building your assets.  

I don't mean to be disrespectful, however if you carry your 'I know for a fact' attitude into the bank, you have probably not compelled the right people to want to help you.Since people want to do budiness with people they know and like, if you are an unknown quantity from an unknown source, you're just another smart person who knows the language of money.
