I like beer...especially the free kind.All joking aside, I'm also a veteran; I work with a lot of military families and was stationed at MacDill as a reservist for five years.

Just because my girlfriend is getting stationed out there and I will be out of the service and following her around.

This has allowed us to get a great price for a demographic that we can handle any where we are stationed. 

I'm currently transitioning from the military; I'm stationed in Indiana right now and thinking about taking the real estate exam here.

I'm finally dedicating more time to my passion for real estate investing so I figured I'd drop my intro here now before I start posting.I'm 35 years young, a 15 year combat veteran, and currently own/operate a gun store in North Las Vegas as well as a CNC Manufacturing Facility that contract manufactures for firearm makers across the US and a few other continents as well.I grew up in Waterbury, CT and own properties there, as well as MT and NV.When I first got stationed in Las Vegas a little over a decade ago it was during the real estate boom and as a side gig I worked with property managers and flippers for a few years until the market crumbled.  

I just closed on my first investment property in College Station Texas.

Well, I am coming up in a few years for 'retirement' from the Navy and realize now more than ever that I need to take personal control of my financial destiny.It looks like I will do another 2-5 years (will be 25-29 years total- which is hard to believe for me), currently stationed in Everett and renting a room over in Port Orchard where I had lived for the last three or so years.

@Derek Daun LoL, I was stationed in Las Vegas for 5 years and I always compare insurance to gambling casinos....you give them your money and they never have to give you anything in return.  

Hi @Rebecca Holmes, I'm getting stationed at Great Lakes Navy base and looking for multi families from $400k-$700k.

I currently own one rental property in College Station and am looking to acquire additional rental properties in the same area.
