I currently own one rental property in College Station and am looking to acquire additional rental properties in the same area.
I wanted to see if anyone has referrals for investor friendly banks in College Station or Houston? I would like to start building a relationship with a bank that could help me out down the road with a portfolio loan. Appreciate any help!

I've used Commerce Bank (actually a subsidiary of Lubbock National Bank) in Austin for several deals. EXTREMELY Satisfied with the service and support. Since relocating to College Station, my Austin Commence National Bank Lender referred me to Mike McBerty at the local Commerce Bank Office. I met briefly with Mike, but haven't funded a deal with him due to other priorities. Contact me off forum and I'll provide you the contact info.
