I keep coming across ispeedtolead.com in various facebook groups offering their leads to others and I want to know if anyone has used them and their success or reviews on the product.

I’m also putting together my “dream” team and interviewing attorneys, title companies, lenders, real estate brokers, contractors and magicians so I’ll be fully prepared when the 100 postcards I send out to randomly selected people results in the 14 offers to sell their notes that represents the average 14% response rate to junk mailings. 

Think a bunch of local commercial real estate agents or residential agents who are in the industry talk about what is needed...  

@Zachary Wurtz  The basic docs. for a real estate loan are a "promissory note" (often just called the NOTE) and a mortgage.

Be careful with these transactions and get advise from a knowledgeable real estate attorney who works with these to make sure all steps are taken to property protect yourself.

I don't know too much about North Charleston and Summerville specifically but investing in real estate has been challenging country-wide since rates went up. 

You might consider purchasing one of the available raw land investing courses such as the "Land Profit Generator" program offered by Jack Bosch.  

We put it on the market at the beginning of summer and had one offer but it fell through.
