I have listened to the first 30 episodes of the BP podcasts, read the beginners guide, read all the rich dad books, a number of other business and invest books, as well as have met with 4 REI in town and discussed how they are making it happen.

I am happy to be here to listen, learn and grow and to share what I know.

I have already planned out and ran numerous simulations based on real world circumstances in order to succeed. 

I have listened to every single one and I highly recommend them.

After doing some thinking and listening to a good amount of BP podcasts buying 4 units at a time will not make it happen in the time frame I want it to.

Welcome to BP, too much information and knowledge on this site.....i highly recommend listening to BP podcast its a great way to learn RE and you can listen to it where ever you are...goodluck....and you are having a good start by finding this site...

Listen to the podcasts , get active on the forums & set up key word alerts to be notified when people are discussing topics you're interested in.

I will be working during the webcast, but I will definitely listen at a later time.
