Are these normally good buys, do college kids make good tenants?

It's being sincere and a normal, likable person who has something UNIQUE to offer that will change the life of the person on the other end.  

Do you normally do it through your PM ?

I tell my clients here in Chicago all the time that it normally makes sense to just get started, especially if you can house hack.

It's a fairly common issue and thus a normal part of title work. 

You'd be way better off buying an existing park with normal leverage from a bank, and just increasing the lot rents.But then again, I've not seen this location.

But once the market has other competitors, the rates of return will diminish and approach a normal rate of return. 

Until you are doing them regularly, I think my feelings are normal. 

Is this normal?
