Buying Multi-Family in college towns?
Hello I am first time investor, I am located in Texas and I am looking at buying a multi family homes. One thing I am curious about is I have found a lot of Multi-Family homes located near universities. Are these normally good buys, do college kids make good tenants? Anyone with similar situations could give me some insight , thanks
