In my assumption, I believe it would be just like owning residential multi family properties except that I would have a higher volume of interaction with the property manager.

We are currently working on a 150 door multi family in PA.

@Patrick Hermans It is very, VERY hard to find cash flowing multi-families in Dallas and even harder to find cash flowing SFR outside of D neighborhoods.

What I have actually done with my Airbnb account is I use it to advertise my own personal business by using the business profile page and driving those that are looking to book a corporate stay to my personal website while giving those that want a shorter stay the option of booking through Airbnb/VRBO or coming to me directly.

I’m being mentored currently by a Real Estate Agent but I would like to learn about investing in rental properties as well as multi family properties.

This is my first multi family purchase and I want to do it right, but I also don't want to pay loads of money for things I can do myself.

I look forward to moving into small multis soon an working my way up to bigger complexes.

I want to get into flips, working towards the middle to higher end eventually,  as well as rentals, ideally small multi family.

In this market I will just clean it advertise as is.

I haven't bought a multi-family.
