I'm not a huge reader but I'm looking to get into some god REI books to continue learning about real estate and stay motivated...From the BP podcasts, it seems the most talked about RE book is "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.

Doesn't matter if they are in the county next to you or in Maine, if they are motivated, they will call you. 

It simply takes drive and motivation, something that will beat out any college grad if you have enough of it.

jus t a quick question I am new to the real estate investing and I was wondering where do I get the paperwork That I will present to the motivated seller or the agreement / contract agreement papers?

Kristi, My father taught me to swim the old fashioned way, he just threw me into the American River one summer day, sink or swim, it is amazing how quickly you can learn to swim under those conditions.I used the same technique when I started my investing the same way, I figured I would find out what I needed to learn when I ran into a problem and believe me your a lot more motivated to find out the answer when your standing in quicksand.

would you be able to .help me. by taking a lot at these form for the benefit of my motivated sellers who want to do away with headache of there property.P.S if not could you please .Point me in the right direction. of getting these form shorted out since you would have more experience than me.thanks Christopher Email: [email protected]

I have found that probates are the most motivated seller leads out in the market place, and we run across properties like this all the time.
