Best Real Estate Investing Book?

I'm not a huge reader but I'm looking to get into some god REI books to continue learning about real estate and stay motivated...From the BP podcasts, it seems the most talked about RE book is "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. I've also heard great things about "Think and Grow Rich" and "How to Win Friends and Influence People", both of which I've found and downloaded for free online. Does anyone have any other good RE book recommendations or info on where I can get free access to "Rich Dad, Poor Dad"?
