If I made over $200k in 2020, and I've already made well over $200k in 2021, and I expect to continue the trend, do I qualify as an accredited investor?

I noticed an interesting trend, recent crazy ARV prices for Little Village 2 units especially on east side.

With 5+ years experience I don't need rigorous on-boarding but do want a firm that stays on top of market trends and provides good continuing education.
