Accredited Investor requirements
If I made over $200k in 2020, and I've already made well over $200k in 2021, and I expect to continue the trend, do I qualify as an accredited investor? Or did I have to make over $200k in 2019 as well? It seems to depend on how you define "in the past year".
Thank you!

No the $1 million net worth (excluding your primary residence) is an exclusive condition. If you meet it you don’t need the income. If you have the income, you don’t need the net worth.
Don’t forget that you can now also be an accredited investor by passing the series 65 exam.
