How does the demographic profile (age, income, health status) of potential residents in New Jersey and New York influence the demand for assisted living services?

That is, initially I was surprised to learn that at least in Colorado, cleaning services are taxed (on AirBnB and VRBO).

Currently in grad school but previously worked in hybrid social service/tenant management roles inside affordable housing developments so I've seen some of the worst of the worst.

Hey Stephanus, I moved to Columbus a few years ago (from Portland, Oregon which was super expensive) to become a full time real estate investor, and ever since, I've completed quite a lot of BRRRRs, flips, and own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus Ohio.

I wouldn't do just a condo. you could build your own triplex and convert to condos as a "development partner" or on your own if you aren't experienced and full return of capital. my suggestion would be to invest near the urban core over suburban deals and avoid older housing stock like columbus has more than 100 year old houses. anything pre 1950 I wouldn't touch 

My new build that went in to service in 2022 is knocking it out like Covid is still here just like your new cabin is doing.
