Tower locations are usually selected due to terrain features, the highest points, they won't want to build a higher tower to make up for lost elevation.

@Willy Waldron  It would probably help if you could describe what features you're specifically looking for in a loan, as different lenders will offer different types of programs / guidelines.  

If you use the search feature, you might get some ideas from that.

I came up up with a list of must haves, and nice to haves(mixture of property features and income numbers (cap rate, cash on cash, cash flow, etc)).

Although, there's likely a reason why it's the last unit... it may not have the best features or lot placement, and that's why everyone else passed it up.

It would depend on features of the specific property, how far along things were, the seller's understanding and expectations, etc.
