Looking for a Real Estate Agent in NC
I'm currently working on putting together a team in NC near Durham-Raleigh and surrounding areas for some flips and some potential rentals as well.
I'm in need of a realtor who is investor friendly (no slave working from your part) and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. I already have an idea on a few potential properties, but since I'm not from the local area (or state for that matter) I need someone who is and knows what they are doing.
If you are interested in potentially working together please feel free to PM and connect with me.

@Freddy Evangelista check out Podcast 101 featuring Dawn Brenengen. Dawn's a realtor in Raleigh and invests herself. You'd do well to connect with her.
I also recommend that you link-up with @Adam Schneider. He's also a realtor in the Raleigh area and invests throughout NC. He'll also be a great person to connect with as he's very accessible and knowledgeable about the market.
Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
