When a professional is running the pricing, the schedule, and the guest services, you would be shocked to see how much 1 unit can actually make.

Perhaps there is one, but until that can be provided as justification for their decision it doesn't seem proper for USPS to be playing 'detective' telling people they can't hang a mailbox when there is a physical address on record with the county.Has anyone run into this too?

I think we only run into problems when people are not underwriting and not operating properly.

Its an inconvenience to make your tenants "not only" have to pay a monthly fee for a P.O.Box, but run into so many issues not having this will cause your tenants.

Run a background check and evaluate the SAME way every time to avoid Fair Housing lawsuit.

Ken, I own and self manage approximately 200 doors in Lubbock.

Just for the accidental times when they have the bathroom heat off because its hot out and they go on vacation for 3 weeks with the door closed and the temp here drops under freezing.

My unbiased recommendation is to evaluate your risk tolerance, consider your timeline for selling, and run the numbers using mortgage calculators to compare potential costs over different scenarios.

Generally speaking though, the $100/month estimate is a decent placeholder for running numbers!
