Just to clarify though, we offer financing solutions on residential real estate only.

We have 12 units so ideally looking for a solution that is cost per message or splitting a VA with someone else (some days they will have zero messages other days several messages / phone calls).

Lota of solutions for this issue, but the landlords get to hold the empty bag this time.

The FDIC & NCUA have been encouraging banks to help meet the needs of customers affected by Covid-19.

Upon purchase, I installed a brand new custom built shower in the lower unit, touched up all the paint in the lower unit and was able to find new tenants and bump up the rent in the lower unit.

I had a regular repeat customer set for tomorrow for a 2 week stay. 

People can and do purchase commercial real estate that have been studying and analyzing the market, but I would say the majority of people need the support and the in depth knowledge to feel peace of mind about their purchase.I work alongside my dad who has 30+ years experience in the field and see this knowledge piece as invaluable to customers looking to buy/sell.

The best solution would have been to address this when the joint venture operating agreement was drafted.
