Whatever price is better and has the colors I'm using I'll buy it. 

All had hidden agendas, back handed deals and when their true colors showed, they were just unethical people.

It's looking tired inside and has knob and tube wiring, asbestos lined heat ducts (gravity heat), original plumbing, it needs a new roof and windows soon and some siding work and a paint job.

Scale of furniture, recessed ceiling cans, crown mold and color choices (including white on window wall to diffuse and taupe on kitchen entry wall to define space) are spot on for high end beach area! 

I would PASS  on this one with flying colors.

Just be careful painting floors especially a dark color.

There are still people who believe the government and our banking industry are here to help us and that Santa Claus is real…I just don’t happen to be one of them because the overwhelming evidence shows just the opposite and I too old to start wearing rose colored glasses.Fortunately, I have well versed attorney’s (defined as those with jurisprudence degrees and decades of real world experience) who guide me so I don’t have to depend on theorists.

We did whole house siding, all new windows, sheetrock the whole basement, rerouted some plumbing and duct work, electrical, kitchens, baths, floors etc.

An example may be stainless steel appliances instead of just white or black.... or kick it up a notch in the bathrooms etc etc.I am a fan of painting walls and ceiling 1 color.

Re-paint it the same color each time and it's much easier and faster to re-coat.
