Does anybody have a good contractor, or good handyman they’d recommend?

I'm under contract to buy a 1.2-acre land lot, on which I plan to build my primary residence.

The contractors who I call up don't turn up to review the property and give me an estimate.  

Outside of real estate, I enjoy working on cars and building stuff working with my hands.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

The LLC buys/owns/operates the business of the apartment building located at 123 Banana St.

When does one call in a contractor in a scenario like this?

I have a strong credit score and expect I would be able to get approved for this mortgage.Monthly taxes = $155/month ($1,860 annually)Annual insurance = Estimated $166/month (~$2,000 annually)Annual HOA = $196/month ($2,352 annually)Maintenance = Estimated $250/month ($3,000 annually) (0.5% of property value given that this is a newer build.

Any preferred agents or contractors in Ulaanbaatar?

Me and my spouse wanted to briefly introduce ourselves, our company, and share our ambitions with the BP community with hopes of learning more about how to achieve our short term and long term goals as well as build lasting connections that help and assist others in achieving theirs! 

The other decision I made early on is to focus on long-term rentals for wealth building.
