I am excited to jump into the real estate investing world!

Try and research before diving in, building has more steps to it than what people usually start with in the investing world.

I don't have any experience or insight into the real estate world, and $200k is a lot of money to me.

This is going to unfold into a real issue for world markets. 

This book will get your head right about time and money, without which all the investing in the world will be fruitless. 

That being said, I would love to connect with those of you in the STR world in the area and open to getting involved in areas of need where I could provide value as I learn. 

My guess is you would take possession 100 out of 100 times given the current craziness in the world.  

Like it or not, the majority of voters in America want more taxes (to fund more government programs like health care) and they want safety and security of Uncle Sam protecting them from the worlds harms.
