This has caused discomfort and give a disadvantage to other brokerages especially smaller brokers who have other buyers to represent.California Association of Realtors (CAR) has filed its own opinion and so is National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents who does not endorse double ended deals.

Then I remembered something in the ad about getting approved by the park management first.

You can use Zillow, Redfin and even HCAD to get ball park figures.

So my partner and I are looking to dive into notes and looking for more companies like National Note Group to buy notes from.

Rents are $600 including the store fronts per month..My concerns are no parking..Rough part of downtown.. but i still like tje location.Does this sound like a good by in?

Weeds and overgrown common areas, cars parked in yards, and trash.

For example, habitual parking in the street, unkept yards, etc. in addition we approve any requests for improvements to the exterior of the property and make sure that they are within the covenants..
