You could try to ask for a separate meter read and billing perhaps from the water company?

So many companies want to pass you off to some newer accountant.

Apparently a company running a DST does not need to actually have a firm end date.

I invest in Anchorage, have lots of friends who invest in Anchorage, and run a property management company here.

The deal cash flows at about $1000 a month BUT the insurance company will only do property replacement coverage NOT liability.

I think my solution would be to get an export from the utility companies of the last 12 months bills.
