I can create as many codes as I want from an app on my phone, delete them right when a guest leaves, and it allows me to see when a guest uses the code.

I thought about starting small businesses, building apps, writing, etc.

When I started the process, my web apps were nothing more than glorified excel spreadsheets --- the required manual entry, but solved a problem by consolidating all of my information.

I just wanted to get a feel from the BP world on the use of smart apps.

I recommend getting the meetup app and attending a couple of them.  

All of this assuming they pass a credit/background check, but I'd rather not even get their hopes up by letting them fill out an app and wasting their time and money if this isn't a good fit.

Even if I know I'm going to be sitting on an app for a week or so while waiting for something to make it a clean package for underwriting, I generally still get the disclosures out & signed just to be sure that we're right with John Law. 

But for me I use Craigslist and a few different apps and I find it difficult to find deals that stand out.

(Y) My tenants seem to like the app, so that's a big plus, but I'm not 100% sure regarding the invoice naming issue...
