Finding Smart Contractors

I just wanted to get a feel from the BP world on the use of smart apps. Basically what I want to ask is are there real estate professionals using apps like smartsheets and fieldpulse? We push all of our clients to entertain the idea of connecting and monitoring their projects with an app like those above. The response I get it is similar to that when I ask if they like spectora for agents, it is always "no, I don't have time to learn a new app" maybe it's just Charleston. IDK. I would like to get some success stories of incorporating smart apps in your investing. All new app recommendations are welcomed.
