Not a big deal in the world of real estate scams, but annoying none the less.Fair warning.

So many images of properties are taken from wacky angles, with poor lighting, and no regard for what is and isn't in the picture.

I'll give it a shot here to see if I can shed some light on the subject.Most investors avoid going conventional because it's expensive, time consuming and eats up quite a bit of your cash, now that we have to bring in 20% down before they'll even consider looking at the loan.

Trust me....I've been there, done that.With that warning, comes a congrats because you found this site and are now on the right track!

Far too many post here and elsewhere on the internet, stating what they believe is legal in their state and forget to warn people that other states often have vastly different laws.

Good to hear you're not using them again, and I'd be warning the other homeowners in the development not to use them either.

For example, the city where I invest might post a warning about the lawn not being cared for, sidewalks not shoveled, trash pick up not handled properly.

If I had stuck it out and knew I fraction of what I know now, I'd be light-years ahead.Use your GI bill to study finance, investments, economics, accounting and such, you don't need a full degree.Am I satisfied with my own decision?
