And finally, if you were to argue that there could be an ethical aspect of this plan with respect to exposing sellers who financed it to unnecessary risk, I would have to agree with that as well.But from a purely financial perspective, this plan would create an outcome that is a bit different from that of a single portfolio and would, in fact, outperform a single portfolio in the event of extreme deflation.P.S.
