I am looking for a pdf cropper or editor so that I can submit contracts while I am out of the office, and crop my signature into them.

Does anyone have any advice on easy to use programs?

Download (free) CutePDF and see if that will do what you need. I use it to turn many file types to PDF's. Since I have nothing to do with the company, I think I can also share that it can be obtained from www.cutepdf.com
