Unless something unexpected happens I'll likely cancel the space at Mangia in favor of Mikado Ryotei since the venue will support larger meetings in the future, is nicer, and is more centrally-located.

This beautiful wall they painted black and they put this stupid plastic white exhaust hood outlet in the center of it...I ripped it off as soon as the trucks arrived on site so it wouldn't show up in any photos and put it up later after I spray painted it black.

Remove everything that soaked up smoke smell - e.g. replace ceiling fans, wash the outlet covers, replaced the doors, drapes, etc.

As for work/life balance, when you figure that out let me know, I've yet to find the secret.

To "get" around it, you can have separate sub-meters off the original meter to feed each water outlet.
