Austin Meetup -- March 2, 2013, 10am - Noon
We're on for the 2nd. I have two choices for this meeting:
1. Mangia Pizza, 8012 Mesa Drive, Austin, TX 78731 (Spicewood and Mesa)
or
2. Mikado Ryotei, 9033 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78758 (Roughly Research and Burnet)
Both are good meeting locations, but I'm inclined to go with number 2. The space is much nicer and we'd have the room all to ourselves. It is also a better long-term meeting location for growth. It's also more centrally-located and off of a major highway.
The downside to option 2 is that it doesn't really fit well with breakfast. I was introduced to the owner today by David Buttross and he told me that they're planning to offer brunch going forward and this would be a good opportunity for his chef to develop something for us.
Option 1 is pretty good pizza, which is fine by me.
Please send your thoughts and comments by COB Wednesday and we'll firm up the location on Thursday of this week.

I'm not going to able to make this one but location-wise, my vote is for whichever has the best coffee.
And by best coffee, I mean strongest.
