I was laser focused on the development business, which undoubtedly shaped me into who I am today.Nowadays I have the experience and confidence to expand into other niche's (I've recently bought and sold a couple of medical condos for example).

So, I buy on an A or B+ area and hope it trends to stay that way or move up in class rank, then sit back and let time and compounding work it’s magic.Overall, I’m a conservative investor and want to get as passive as possible, so I buy and hold in Class A and B+ areas.

Also make sure to filter by last 3, 6, 9 months to see the trend.
