Information on rent analysis

I know I've heard a million times on BP podcasts about the site that will help you figure out going rent in a given area, but I've unfortunately never written it down. Can anyone tell me the name of that site?

And keep in mind these are computer algorithms. They can't compare bedroom size, floorplan functionality, or what the house across the street looks like.

Use algorithms to get a general idea of the market, but do your own research to determine how a specific rental will perform.
