I would love to own a house here, been here all my life, but as an investment it absolutely doesnt make any sense to me, I do not have a mil in savings and not willing to set my confidence on a million dollar purchase with 20 percent down and owing high interest in paying it off in the next 20 years, where I can likely make that million in a few short years buying and holding in these smaller developing areas out of states. 

But any time this has happened to me I've been notified by both companies.

I would be using the cash to BRRRR.What is the best mechanism for my friend to be able to invest with me given he would only be writing a check or two a year to me and then receiving interest checks? 

Ill be doing exactly as you say, but the FHA loan doesnt sound like such a catch to me.

To me his client has tasked him with selling the property so I'm thinking he will be willing to assist.
