@Pramod MahadevanI'm in Lake Tahoe Nevada and this has become an issue with many larger and smaller condo complexes because of the multiple insurance claims from snow damage last year the insurance companies were dropping policies or charging crazy prices.

There are some who believe all plumbing should be done by licensed plumbers and using unlicensed person for plumbing has risks that are unwarranted.The issue as I see it is useful life of faucet likely means replacement cost should have been prorated.

The only issue is my job is 2 hours away from the triplex, by September I was looking to transfer and find another another job down where the triplex is   When I apply for my loan would i be able to apply as owner occupied?
