You can likely increase that using true RUBS on your actual bill.I would not charge each unit an equal share unless they are all the same type (1br,2br,etc) if using flat rate RUBS, and if you are dynamically allocating RUBS it should be indexed to style and occupancy.

For me, a floor plan and a bunch of pictures with arrow and a "finish schedule" will be enough, there should only be a table of brands/styles/colors/sizes that goes with the floor plan, contractor at my level will only need that.Yes, a 2 hour visit is all you need, he spends 30 mins on site checking work, 30 mins to write up a schedule, and an hour to talk to each and every sub or maybe all of them at once, then 30 mins extra in case of questions.
