Signs Saying Earn $120K+ a Year as Real Estate Investor

Hello all,

Today I saw several signs in central Sacramento saying something like "Earn $120K/year as a Real Estate Investor.  Call 916 ___-_____. "   Is it a scam -- perhaps someone trying to separate newbie real estate investors from their cash?

Theres a guy around here that does the same thing and from what i gather, he develops his "birddog" network this way and then JV's wholesale deals with the person.

BUT he does so ...with handwritten bandit signs lol. Every couple months i get a few bourbons in me and prank call his voicemail. "So you mean to tell me that you can afford to help ME make $20k a month, but YOU can't afford to have actual bandit signs made?..right."
